We request guests check out before midday allowing new guests to check in at 14:00.

When is the bill paid, on arrival or departure?
As preferred by the guest.

Yes, a full buffet breakfast is included in the room price.

The reception staff speak English, French and German and of course Italian.

How many floors is the Hotel on and does it have a lift?
We have a lift and are on the 3rd and 4th floors of a medieval Palazzo.

Yes. All our rooms are quiet and extremely romantic.

No but we have a glorious roof terrace with stunning views over Florence and comfortable seating and dining areas.
